Moving and the Coronavirus, 4.7.20 update

Hi folks, so we’re still here and open. Here’s what we’ve been up to:

• we made our own masks and procured bandanas, enough for the whole crew. Check out our instagram post.
• our case of hand sanitizer that is in so now each crew member has their own bottle. We got it as part of a group buy through the Massachusetts Mover’s Association.
• we’ve staggered our start times to reduce the number of workers at our warehouse at one time
• we’ve split up larger jobs into smaller two and three worker crews on multiple days to reduce risk
• we continue our aggressive cleaning protocols, refining our processes.
• we work with our customers to find ways to reduce risk but still get the job done efficiently through distancing, text messaging, facetime, ventilation, and commons-sense.
• we provide our crews with gloves to use when practical
• we provide our crews with cleaning products in all the trucks to clean as they go
• and we keep a positive mental attitude
