A letter to our customers about Moving and COVID-19

To our valued customers,

As news continues to spread and concerns rise about the Coronavirus COVID-19, Intelligent Labor And Moving is taking precautions with the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) and local boards of health to ensure the health and safety of our customers, teams, and the communities we do business with.

With all that is going on, we want to express ways we are here to continue providing excellent service during this time:

As more information is being released, we will continue to monitor the situation closely. We intend to continue to go above and beyond with our customer experience and ensure complete safety while doing so. We plan on keeping our commitments to our customers, but if the CDC, MDPH or a local board of health requires us to cease operations we will comply. We plan to keep all of our customers updated as necessary.

It is important you feel confident we are doing everything on our end to stay ahead of the virus so you are comfortable allowing us on your premises. We appreciate the support and business from all our customers as we continue to be here yesterday, here today, and here tomorrow.
