I wanted to take the opportunity to write about my past moving experience on 8/30 and let you know just how great it went. Despite the fact that there was a little bit of trouble with the parking permits (I think there was some issues because of the hurricane the day before), the move itself couldn't have been smoother, quicker, and more professional. The movers were prompt, they hustled, and really made sure to be careful with my things. Very impressive. In addition, they also helped me store my air conditioner and made sure that it would be properly handled in my moldy new england basement. They went over and above to be accommodating and helpful and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Both Paul and Jesse were excellent and absolutely deserve the highest possible praise. They represent your company well and deserve to be commended for a job very well done!
This is now the second moving experience I've had with Intelligent Labor and it was excellent once again. Though I'm not planning on moving anytime soon, I will definitely recommend your services to everyone I know, and will also certainly use your company when I next move myself.
Again, thank you for a job perfectly done and for helping to make the move so much less stressful!

Needless to say (but we tell everyone we know anyway), Intelligent Labor and Movers is absolutely the best, really is populated by smart--but also nice and extremely accommodating--moving professionals (who, when pressed, also admit they can carry a tune), and it would be foolish for anybody moving to use anybody else at all.
Many thanks to you, Zeke, Vinnie, Mike and John (and Jessie and Joe), all a most excellent team --whose visits we actually miss!
(Please also know, which I think you and Zeke do, that John's ability to fix that bed was astonishing ---he conquered a challenge I was puzzling over for years, and I remain very grateful).

Words may not adequately express how impressed I am with Intelligent Labor and Moving! My initial introduction to this wonderful team was my "estimating" meeting with Ezekiel. I could tell just by the way he walked around with me from room to room, commenting on how smooth my move would be, that he is not only passionate about his company but also very confident about his crew's capabilities. It was as if he knew that I would be a very happy customer. On moving day, John, Joe and Vinny arrived punctually at my front door, ready to roll. They handled all my furniture and items meticulously while still moving quickly and efficiently. I was in shock at how organized they were and how fast they loaded the two trucks! I even took a peek inside the truck when I brought some things out to my car - and was amazed at how immaculate the interiors were. They even have their own tool bags that they bring into the house for whatever might come up...like "Doctors of Moving"! When we got to my new home, I was even more impressed as it is a two story townhouse with most of the heavier items going to the second floor. They never flinched - they are strong - and they know how to lift the items "intelligently" (I couldn't resist!). Did I mention that by the time we got to my new home, it was pouring rain but you would never know it by their smiles, enthusiasm, and flow. I also appreciated the camaraderie and respect among John, Joe and Vinny. They get along so well - and seem to instinctively know what they should do next - always moving, moving, moving...in synch and enthusiastically. They not only came up with the perfect placement for my leather sectional sofa - but they even put my new kitchen bistro table together for me - right out of the wooden crate it had arrived in from the factory. Every aspect of my move was topnotch. I am telling everyone I know how great Intelligent Labor and Moving is. I would not think of using any other moving company. They go above and beyond - and they deserve every glowing testimonial that they receive!

Zeke is a gem. He communicates very effectively throughout the entire process including estimating time and price, scheduling moves and handling all the details of the move. He and his crew are very efficient at assembling items to move and insuring that everything is moved safely, cleanly and carefully. Their truck is neat and clean and they come equipped with all the supplies and tools that come in handy for moving.
Even though we prepared in advance, there are details such as bed frames or desks that did not come apart easily, which Zeke professionally disassembled. Zeke is prepared to solve these problems. At the end of the move we felt great about paying the bill and feel that we have received an exceptional value for the money.
