Residential Rates
We charge $100/hour for two excellent workers and a truck.
This rate includes blankets, dollies, gas, and all other reuseable equipment.
We charge travel time from North Cambridge and back, and we also charge for non-re-useable supplies such as stretch wrap, tape, cardboard, foam, and bubble wrap. We round the final bill to the quarter hour and we have no minimum.
For larger jobs we may send additional workers (each at $50/hour). For one-man-and-a-truck jobs we charge $65/hour, though it's rare that we only send one worker.
For safety reasons, we prefer to work with at least two men.
This is not just because things are heavy, but because moving is more about thinking than lifting and two people can work together to come up with the best solution.

We suggest calling around and getting rates and estimates from other moving companies in the area. We are VERY competitively priced, and our services are as good or better than anyone else's. We charge less because we keep our overhead down and keep our four crews busy.
