After 10 years in business in 2015 we purchased our own office and storage facility in Arlington Massachusetts. We’re very proud to be the only moving company in Arlington, Cambridge, Belmont, Watertown or Medford who owns their own warehouse. In addition to controlling the long-term costs associated with working in the Boston area, it allows us to have complete control over the safety and condition of our storage facility.
- We have climate control: We have air-source heat pumps providing heating, dehumidification and AC for the entire warehouse.
- These heat pumps are powered by the electricity generated with our rooftop solar. No fossil fuels are used.
- We employ a security system and surveillance cameras to ensure your goods are safe.
- The building is of concrete and steel construction.
- We own our warehouse. We’re not dependent upon a landlord to maintain it or fix problems.
- The roof is inspected and maintained periodically by a roofing contractor.
- We supply our own electricity (and fuel for our electric truck) with two solar installations on the roof.
- We do not stack our vaults, there will be no vaults on top of yours.
- Our warehouse is located at 18 Beck Rd in Arlington, MA. The same address as our office and where our trucks are parked.
- Ezekiel the owner of the company lives a 10 minute walk away, so your goods are frequently under his watchful eye.
